Handbook, Policies, Training Programs- I will quote a one-time all inclusive project cost to include design time, delivery (as in the case of a training presentation) as well as needed materials. We can also bundle services; for example: design of employee handbook and X no. of job descriptions for a flat fee.

Hourly

You may have a pressing employee relations issue that is best handled via phone or meeting. A follow up written report will be included.

Monthly

Limit your risk: If you prefer, I will charge a monthly fee that includes multiple consults with your employees, phone calls with you or your leaders, or email consults.
